Our food

buffets ˇ breakfast ˇ canapés ˇ sandwiches
hot lunches ˇ barbecues ˇ dinners ˇ salads

It starts with ingredients; free range eggs, organic milk, vine tomatoes, organic home-roasted beef, RSPCA freedom chickens, Fairtrade sugar and so on.

Then we add a professional chef to prepare and taste. Freshness and flavour are our priority.

All our food is served on white china plates or dishes, giving restaurant standard presentation and reducing waste.

Whether you're looking for a sandwich lunch for three or a buffet for three hundred, Masons Catering is happy to help.

Our standard menus are available to order online, if you'd like to plan a large event or have specific requirements please give us a call.

Our service

delivery ˇ staff ˇ equipment hire
corporate responsibility

Delivered in our refrigerated vehicle, we can help setting-up, provide a fully staffed event, or just leave your order at the door, as well as supplying whatever equipment, crockery or extras you require.

As we're still a small company, we believe this gives us an advantage in getting to know our customers and being able to respond to their individual needs.

We aim to be responsible and ethical in our practises and processes, we recycle, donate the cans from our Café to charity, our salad boxes are 100% bio-degradable, our cups, plates and napkins can be recycled, we only send paper invoices if required and we're always looking for ways to improve!

Who we are

Paul Read - the foodie

With many years of experience as a chef and running a successful restaurant, Paul Read founded Masons Catering in 2003. He's the real deal in the kitchen, and leads the creative and operational side of the business. He's addicted to organic latte and loves the movies.

Viv Woods - the number cruncher

Needing a break from the crazy world of advertising, in January 2008, Viv offered to help Paul with some of the paper work. But things started taking off, so she stayed. Now she's helping develop a business and marketing plan, in between deliveries and washing up. She loves taking photos and is usually planning her next holiday.
